Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Completes data management of technical systems and operational processes in one of the offices of Enrollment Management
•Runs a daily and weekly schedule of reports and processes utilizing the Student Information System, third party systems, and from Customer Relationship Management systems using Microsoft Access and Excel
•Monitors the consistency, quality, and integrity of the data within these systems
•Performs quality controls to ensure communications and data are accurate
•This position may participate in interdepartmental meetings, and taskforces.
•Interacts with all levels of the Undergraduate Admissions department.
•Extended hours, which may include evenings and weekends, can be required in support of special projects, events and deadlines.

Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Conference, and the NCAA.

This is a part-time, on-site position.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required. 0-2 years of experience required. Candidate must be proficient in complete Microsoft Office suite of applications. Experience using Microsoft Excel to present data in tables and charts is also required. Experience with any of the following are a plus: Student Information Systems, preferably Ellucian's Banner; Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Slate; Microsoft Access.

The successful candidate must be detail oriented, have strong follow-through skills, and possess excellent analytical, technical and communication skills. The candidate must also be able to prioritize daily assignments while handling ad hoc projects and interacting with different levels of management.
