Job Details
The successful candidate will be a part of a team that is responsible for research, development, implementation, and support of Northcentral Technical College’s Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software.
This role, as a member of IT, will be collaborating with the College’s departments to implement and support Workday Enterprise Management software modules. They will be assisting with setting up best practices for NTC’s business processes. They will also serve as a cross-functional backup to other ERP modules and assist with rolling out additional modules.
As a member of Middle Leadership, this person will portray a broad perspective, which supports the college mission, vision, and goals while fostering and creating an environment, which strives to project, and meet customer needs. A Middle Leader will support a shared leadership culture, through participation in and facilitation of teams. This person is accountable for developing and implementing the means to accomplish the College's goals.
This position may have the option to work remotely.
- Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of two (2) years of software development, software engineer, systems analyst or similar experience for a midsize business.
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to learn new technologies in a quickly changing environment.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities accordingly. Position will require collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, and system analysts.
Working Activity:

Vehicle safety, emergency action plan, emergency procedures, ergonomics (office/workplace) and slips, trips and falls
