Job Summary

Provide liaison services between functional user and technical systems groups in the development or
modification of information systems.
Defines user business requirements and assure they are appropriately addressed in application
implementation. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: assigned user group
management and staff, technical project management and staff. This position typically will advise
and counsel: assigned user group management and staff, technical
project management and staff.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Perform duties related to professional field assignment.

Job Duty 2 -
Participate in reviews for compliance with policy and governmental regulations in the field.

Job Duty 3 -
Provide input to department policies and procedures.

Job Duty 4 -
May provide input to and administer project timelines and budgets.

Job Duty 5 -
May interact with vendors regarding procurement and delivery issues.

Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or IT related field.

Required Experience
Four to five years of job related experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Candidate should have a working knowledge of the Deltek Cost Point System.

Preferred Experience
This positon will serve as a member of a cross-functional team for the Deltek Cost Point System and Workday Financials. Task include troubleshooting and correcting integration processing errors. Serving as a liaison between functional business owners, subject matter experts and technical staff as it related to system implementations, upgrades, and development. In addition, the position also provides guidance and education regarding system access, issues, and training.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

ABILITIES
Document and analyze user business processes and requirements; identify solutions
Develop specifications and test plans associated with system
development or modification
Serve as communications link between user and technical group
Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.

SKILLS
This job requires a working knowledge of standard documentation processes, business system
architecture and associated technologies. Skills in data organization and analysis, problem
solving, systems documentation and report writing as applied within assigned system(s) is required
as are skills in cross communication between functional user and technical groups.
