Description:

The University of Florida, Department of Pediatrics is recruiting a pediatrician to provide pediatric inpatient coverage at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital. We are a quaternary care center with 204 pediatric beds. This is a clinical academic position with the opportunity to participate in conferences, division meetings, and grand rounds. Experience and/or interest in research, quality improvement, and education are valued. Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a part-time (0.25 FTE) non-tenure accruing Adjunct Faculty position.

The area is known for its natural beauty, with many springs, lakes, and rivers. The climate encourages year-round outdoor activities, such as swimming, boating, fishing, bicycling, and camping.


Qualifications:

Applicants must have an M.D. degree or equivalent, be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida, and be Board Certified/Board eligible in Pediatrics.
