6 months of experience with grants, Photoshop and/or End Design desired. Testing Requirements:Illustrative Examples of Work: Project coordinator will provide administrative support to the project under project director's guidance by performing various tasks. Attend project coordinator's' meetings and other trainings to gain understanding of the RSA Long-Term Training Grant and the operation of systems necessary for the project. Use the federal government's Payback Information Management System (PIMS) to track scholars' progression (classes taken, tuition, travel, etc.) during their matriculation and employment after program completion. Obtain signed payback contracts from scholars. Manage filing system. Maintain local database on students and employers. Contact employers to verify employment and/or fieldwork experience.
