General Summary: In an enrollment context, write, establish, and schedule communications flows and messaging across all College platforms and delivery models. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, serves as an integral team member to write, schedule, and lead all enrollment related communications in all mediums including, but not limited to, CRM communication flows and distribution management, print, text, multimedia, and digital. Working in tandem with Marketing and IT, works to integrate processes, CRM, communication flows, marketing, technology, and data analytics all directed toward and centered on maximizing student enrollment at all levels and delivery models across the College.

Requirements:

Master's Degree; minimum of three years' experience in marketing communications, marketing automation and/or email/digital campaign communication systems, processes, work flow, and campaign creation especially in a college/university setting. Demonstrated familiarity with and ability to use web-based technologies and communication media including CRM and associated communications flow and management. Ability to work with diverse populations and constituent groups. Knowledge of current and innovative technology used in application processing and prospect communications including CRMs. Ability to travel and be housed at any of the College's campuses or centers and to serve as backfill at enrollment related events and serve as a representative of the College at public and private events.

Preferred: Experience with integrated student information systems and using data as a rubric for analysis and assessment. Experience working with recruitment and retention of varying audiences and program delivery models with multiple intakes. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with applicants, students, faculty, staff and administrators in complex situations that require combining knowledge, diplomacy and analytical skills.


Duties:

1. Manage CRM messaging as in-house expert. Use data to support enrollment related communications.2. Work with cross-department strategy teams (especially Marketing/Web and IT), manage, and deploy data informed strategies for enrollment email campaigning, content development, and SMS campaigning designed to increase enrollment. 3. Help create messaging on all forms related to the CRM. Assist in implementing digital messaging.4. Help strategize the customer journey related to digital campaigns based on data utilizing a strong understanding of digital content best practices.5. Advance departmental enrollment goals through CRM and other electronic communications.6. Collaborate with others to develop recruitment communication plans for each program and potential new programs all based on data informed analysis.7. Analyze enrollment trends and predictive analysis to make recommendations for strategy modification and creation.8. Assist in providing training on messaging software to staff and faculty.9. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with Enrollment team members, faculty, professional peers, department representatives and program directors.10. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Clearances: Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and in order to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.
