Summary

The Budget & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the management of financial processes in the Office of Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Development. The coordinator is responsible for tracking all financial transactions and processing invoices. In addition, the coordinator ensures compliance by maintaining accurate and timely records. The coordinator prepares reports and maintains documentation of license compliance process. The coordinator serves as a liaison to licensees and Accounts Payable. Additionally, the coordinator performs administrative tasks as directed.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or budgeting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Paralegal or comparable experience
  • Experience with Tulane financial software systems (TAMS, Concur, SciQuest)
