This position, in close collaboration with the Kentucky Injury Prevention & Research Center (KIPRC) director & principal investigators, plays a significant role in the day-to-day operations of the overall administrative operation of KIPRC. This position is responsible for the grant proposal budget development, invoices, expenditures, reimbursements, & reconciliations. Establishing contracts, MOAs, & consultant contracts with outside vendors. Serves as a major liaison to external funding agencies such as CDC, NIOSH, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and Bureau of Justice Assistance. This position is also responsible for all fiscal affairs and human resources personnel matters, & facility maintenance & rent management within KIPRC. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring all university policies & procedures are enforced.

University SAP Modules (FI;BW;HR;etc.), MS Windows, Advanced Excel; and Adobe.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
Masters degree and at least 5 years of related experience.
