Location
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Maintains student and department records of assigned area through scanning, indexing and retrieval. Performs clerical duties, customer service, and registration for the department or unit.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for student and department records maintenance and document imaging
  2. Processes and reviews electronic and paper admissions applications and supporting documents
  3. Analyzes, verifies and processes documents through imaging and student information systems
  4. Alphabetizes files and ensures documents are completed correctly
  5. Assists with training new employees

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
On the job training

Preferred Experience
Previous experience with document imaging, records management and associated programs and/or peripherals

ABILITIES
Able to manage a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt successfully to changing situations and environments
Able to work as a team player and exhibit professional behavior and a positive attitude
Able to deal with multiple projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines

SKILLS
Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, technology, communication, and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, Nolij, ICT, Banner INB, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
