Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Department Information
The Department of Mathematics, with about 70 full time faculty members, currently offers bachelor's of science degree programs in Mathematics and Computational and Applied Mathematics. Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for Limited Term Instructor or Limited Term Assistant Professor of Mathematics faculty positions, beginning August 1, 2021.

Responsibilities
The Department of Mathematics at Kennesaw State University is seeking Limited Term faculty members to teach the entry level mathematics courses. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, developing assessments, holding office hours and assessing students' mastery of learning outcomes.

The College's Student Success Initiative has an imperative for including and fostering success for students from a diversity of backgrounds in STEM degree programs. Successful applicants will be strongly committed to inclusive teaching practices and invested in fostering student success.

Required Qualifications

    Master's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Mathematics or a closely related field required for Limited Term Instructor; Earned doctorate, or its foreign equivalent in Mathematics or a closely related field required for professorial ranks. All applicants must have earned 18 hours of graduate level mathematics credit.

Preferred Qualifications
    Prior teaching of collegiate mathematics courses. Evidence of teaching and working with a culturally and an ethnically diverse community.
