Advertised Job Summary:

The Instructor/Coordinator of Audio Recording will oversee the Audio Recording program at the School of Music; teach courses in Audio Recording Techniques (Intro to Advanced), Fundamentals of Sound Use for Media; Digital Audio Techniques, and Advanced Audio Topics, and other Audio courses related to Music majors and minors, as added. In addition, they will coordinate and supervise the student audio-engineers used for recitals in the School of Music

Required Education and Experience:

Master’s degree required. Musical Literacy is required. Experience in classical musical producing, live streaming, and video production is required. A record of successful audio engineering teaching at the college-level; related administrative and leadership skills, and a successful career of studio recording and audio engineering. Candidates must possess a demonstrated commitment to collaborative work and a passion for mentoring students.
