To direct all aspects of the Carolina Collaborative for Alternative Preparation (CarolinaCAP) and over all operations.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):

Master’s Degree in Education and 7 years related program management experience; or bachelors degree and 9 years related program experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctorate of Education; Master’s Degree in Education and at least 10 years experience in education, at least five of those in a leadership position; knowledge of education in South Carolina

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Relationship Building, Communications, Program Design, Ability to communicate effectively with educators and educational leaders.
