The Human Services Program is seeking applications for an Limited Term Adjunct Instructor for face-to-face and hybrid class delivery. The successful applicant will be required to teach elective courses to undergraduate human services students, including but not limited to topics covering Interpersonal Communication, Group Procedures & Theory, Crisis Intervention. Instructors who enjoy working with a diverse, non-traditional student population in both in-person and online formats will flourish with our students/program. Limited Term Adjunct instructors are required to attend meetings, maintain regular student contact and submit materials to the Program Director as requested throughout the term of appointment.CAST is seeking candidates who can demonstrate outstanding teaching and course development consistent with the college's purpose, vision, and values and who enjoy working with a diverse, non-traditional student population. This position will contribute to building a strong team of culturally diverse faculty and staff who are committed to preparing traditional, post-traditional, and transfer students for success in a 21st-century workforce.

Limited Term Adjunct instructors are required to attendmeetings and submit materials as requested throughout the term of appointment.
Develop/prepare course syllabi, assignments, and activities for coursedelivery.
Prepare and deliver course lectures/workshops.
Critique and grade student assignments and examinations.
Maintain regular in-person or virtual office hours and/or be available tostudents by appointment.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Masters degree in Human Services, HumanDevelopment, or closely related fieldPreferred Qualifications:
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), in human development, or closely related field.
Experience in Online teaching. Experience in teaching in Higher Education
