Job Summary

Process documents submitted by applicants; perform transfer credits evaluations for domestic and international transcripts; Imaging documents on DATA AR system; Assist full-time staff on projects, daily tasks and clerical duties. Follows specific instructions and performs clerical work using established routines.

Job Responsibility

* Process documents submitted by applicants.

* Generate U.S. and International Transfer Evaluation Report for inputting transfer courses.

* Print all external College/University transcripts, Advanced Placement (AP) scores, International Baccalaureate (IB), College Level Exam Placement (CLEP), and other credits from CES.

* Input all acceptable courses into PeopleSoft system and assist Admissions Processing Coordinators with final summary of evaluation.

* Notify current and future students via email once final evaluation is complete.

* Scan all records documents into CES Records System. Enter data into CES system after scanning.

* Communicate with other college/universities for verification of transfer credits, degrees, and or updates.

* Correspond with Academic Advisors in research and verification of transfer credits, degrees, and or updates.

* Respond to inquiries through Admission e-mail.

* Cross train and back up Data Entry Clerks and Applications Processors, Front Desk Customer Relations Assistants when needed.

* Utilize second language skills for correspondence via phone, email, and in person for walk-in customers.

* Assist with scanning and sending out International Students Acceptance Packets.

* Other tasks and office duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

* Sophomore level preferred.

* Second Language Skills/Capability preferred.

* Computer literacy and skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

* Good customer service skills required.

* Teamwork and good attitude preferred.
