Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Job Summary:

This position involves accounting and cashiering. There are dailyinteractions with students, third party billing and daily deposits concerningpayment and/or any questions concerning tuition and fees; must keep and balancea cash drawer, perform accounting functions related to accounts receivableactivities. Assist with student billing,assist with daily summary, assist with student refund process, and other dutiesas assigned. Strong computing and organizational skill and10-Key by touch. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and excellent verbal communication skills are required. Must be courteous and patient.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:


- High School/GED

- Two (2) year experience in related field

- Two (2) year experience in computer applications

- Two (2) year experience in customer service


Associates in Accounting or related field or technical training.
