Reporting to the Executive Director of Boston University's Equal Opportunity Office, the primary role of this position is to investigate and resolve complaints of unlawful discrimination and harassment against employees under the University's Sexual Misconduct Policy and Equal Opportunity Policy.

The Equal Opportunity Office investigative team works together to respond to and address complaints and concerns about harassment and discrimination on all three of its campuses and off-campus sites, with approximately 12,000 employees.

Other duties may include developing and presenting training for various groups across the University, assisting the Title IX Coordinator with matters related to student sexual misconduct, assisting in developing and implementing business processes related to investigations and training, and additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills
  • Master's Degree required, JD preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of experience
