Position Summary:

Reporting to the Laboratory Outreach & Client Services Supervisor, incumbent works closely with the sales, service, and lab operations teams and provides administrative support in areas including compiling and distribution of monthly utilization reports, cost analyses of lab pricing, monthly reimbursement reports, reconciling of invoicing and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. The successful applicant must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner and have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to assist internal and external personnel with inquiries, schedule meetings and appointments, as well as, provide administrative support for training, marketing and sales materials.

Salary Range:

Minimum Midpoint Maximum

Hourly Rate $18.98 $22.78 $26.58

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime as assigned
  • Organizing and coordinating skills
  • Records maintenance skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents and reports/spreadsheets
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures (Desired)
