Position Description:
The Institute for Research on Labor and Employment consists of 4 sub-units that provide multidisciplinary research outreach and a forum for education to the UCLA community and beyond in the field of labor and employment relations with regard to the challenges of working people. The Institute has a multi-million dollar operating budget that includes state and contract & grants.

The Administrative Analyst will provide independent, detailed and complex analysis and support in the areas of operations, finance, human resources, and research. Major duties of the Administrative Analyst include financial reporting and forecasting, special projects, facilities management, personnel analysis, and high level administrative tasks. The Administrative Analyst will work closely with the CAO to oversee special projects, speaker series, annual conference and events.
