Job Summary: The Recruiting Operations Coordinator manages recruiting activities for a Division I Football program. Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and effective and efficient operations to enhance the success of the overall recruiting process, camps, and clinics.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience at the college level in football operations; Or a master's degree and a minimum of six months of experience at the college level in football operations. Student or Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented experience will be considered. To be considered student experience must be detailed in the employment section on the application.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must demonstrate knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations. Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.
Skills and Knowledge: Requires proficiency in the usage of personal computers and standard application software with a preference for experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have demonstrated excellent planning and organizational skills. Must have demonstrated ability to function independently solving problems and making decisions. Must have ability to prioritize and schedule work for efficient operations.
Preferred Qualifications: Division I experience preferred.
