Summary of Duties:
The Program Support Supervisor promotes CougPrints Plus services to departments, faculty, staff, and students on the Pullman campus. Coordinates the pickup and delivery service for University Marketing and Communications and supervises the delivery drivers. Coordinates production for CUB location and communicates frequently with the production center at Cooper Publications Building. Efficiently operates and supports high, mid and low volume digital networked printers/copiers. Work schedule may vary depending upon the work load and area. May work in multiple campus locations. Serves as the main customer service representative to faculty for classroom reserve material program and to the departments for the printer/copier placement program. Manage assigned personnel in the absence of the Manager.
High school graduation or equivalent AND three years of applicable experience in the program specialty; OR equivalent education/experience.
Three years of applicable experience in a retail, network print, document production center environment which includes supervising others.
One year of experience marketing products/services.
Experience with USPS and FedEx mailing and shipping requirements in a retail setting.
Experience reconciling sales transactions and assembling deposits in a retail environment.
Experience with point of sale systems.
Monthly Salary: $3,216.00
