Position Description:
Major duties for this position include purchasing, fund management, payroll reconciliation and other related functions as assigned by Supervisor and BioAdmin CAO.

Under the direction of the Biology Administration (BioAdmin) Financial Manager, the incumbent is to assist the BioAdmin Fund Management team with purchasing, P-cards, Travel & Entertainment reimbursements, reconciling key deposits/refunds, interdepartmental recharges, bookkeeping duties, payroll reconciliation, reporting, Direct Retros, EAFs, Funding Entries, Sales & Service recharges, Cashnet deposits, and other related functions. The team provides financial services to BioAdmin, LS Computing, and Mildred E. Mathias Botanical Garden.

Incumbent is responsible to set priorities, research and analyze problems, generate and interpret data, identify and evaluate options, and takes appropriate actions in line with UC and department policies and procedures to resolve various issues relating to purchasing, funding, recharges, payroll reconciliation, P-Cards, etc.
