Temporary Research Specialist
TemporaryEssential Job Duties:
The position will perform quality tests on products for butter fat and solids content as well as plating products on aerobic and anaerobic plates for record of microbials. Swabbing for ATP and other possible contaminants weekly and monthly and review sampling data for trends with management. Determine corrective and preventive actions as needed. Update SOPs and SSOPs for compliance with FDA guidelines. This position will also serve as administrative backup for production manager and Director. Other office duties as assigned.Is Time Limited:
