The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer work station for long periods of time and occasional standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs.Shift:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; additional hours may be required depending on departmental needs.Job Summary:
The Data Coordinator Sr. is responsible for timely generating daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports; verifies correct PICIS computer input of all data in relation to billing and analysis for each surgical case performed to ensure accurate reporting and patient billing; verifies that all active bookings have a case record, cancelling bookings where appropriate; performs charge capture audit, correction of batch errors and follows up on any missing charges; and serves as back-up to Business Office in absence of Manager.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Crystal reports, excel, PICIS, PM, PageCenterX and other hospital systems; have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects; excellent attention to detail; exceptional project planning, data management and organizational skill; ability to solve routine problems, and manage resources.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
Experience in data reporting and coordination preferred. Knowledge of PICIS, PM, PageCenterX and other hospital systems highly preferred.Deadline to Apply:
