Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with evenings and weekends required depending on departmental needs.Job Summary:
The Kentucky Neuroscience Institute is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant to provide front desk registration.
Duties may include greeting patients, insurance verification, medical record preparation, scheduling appointments, communicating information to patients via telephone and in person, and answering office telephone.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Customer service, basic computer skills, able to multi-task.
The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience and able to communicate in a calm and helpful manner during stressful and/or crisis situations. Should have the ability to pay high attention to detail; work with a teamwork mindset; have data entry skills and respect for confidentiality; be able to prioritize tasks efficiently; and work in multiple systems simultaneously.
Four or more years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred. Knowledge of AEHR, APM, and SCM preferred.Deadline to Apply:
