Monday – Friday; and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Job Summary:

This position provides support to the operation of the varied programs under the Academy of Undergraduate Excellence, including the Gaines Center. This individual will work closely with the Financial Analyst Coordinator Lead, Payroll Specialist Coordinator Lead, and Unit Directors to assist with administration and financial processes centrally within the Academy. Must have a comprehensive understanding of all business processes. This position handles all payments and reconciles financial accounts, assist in the coordination and interaction on payroll issues, and all FI processes. This individual will track payroll and financial reporting using SAP and BW reporting. Will be responsible for the coordination and efficient performance of programs, initiatives, and events within the Gaines Center.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

SAP, BW, Excel, and MS Office.
