The Case Manager manages follow-up care for students in crisis and/or for students with higher needs and provides assessment and referrals for students to both on and off campus resources and services. In addition, the Case Manager also provides crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals, accompaniment, and information on system-wide operations. The position serves as a student advocate for crisis and counsel’s students in follow up situations emphasizing health & safety, referrals & other support needs.
