The Hope Center for College, Community and Justice, at Temple University is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. The Hope Center seeks an Office Manager who is passionate about addressing structural inequality and racial disparities and committed to joining a team that gets into what John Lewis called “good trouble” on a regular basis.

The Office Manager will report to the Chief of Staff to support The Hope Center. The Office Manager primarily supports the Executive Team in matters of scheduling and preparation for private and public meetings. The Office Manager will also develop and implement routine policies and procedures. The position requires strong administrative, operations, data entry, and scheduling skills, as well as solid research and writing skills.

Required Education & Experience:

At least two years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

This is a grant funded position.
