Job Summary

"- Interacting with Guests, Students, Faculty and Staff to ensure a positive experience at The Coliseum. Interactions include but are not limited to face to face communication and answering/directing telephone calls.

- Organization of the office and other administrative duties including: maintaining neat and accurate records, making signage for important events and meetings held at the Coliseum, and other tasks as assigned.

- Assisting with various events hosted by the Coliseum (Examples include: Graduations, Athletic Events, Preview Days, etc..)

- Training and Development"

Required Qualifications

"-Must have excellent customer service skills

-Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Must be able to keep neat and accurate records

-Must be able to work in a team environment

-Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment

-Must be willing to work office hours, typically 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

-Must be willing to work large campus events such as Commencement ceremonies, concerts, and certain athletic competitions

-Must be a full-time student at The University of West Georgia currently pursuing a degree"

Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA

Preferred Qualifications

"-Customer Service Work Experience

-Flexible Schedule

-Minimum GPA of 2.5"

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
