This position is not on campus. Position located in Fayetteville, GA.Responsibilities
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Title must:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system, including an electronic filing system of Confidential Documents
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Data Entry for Tax, Logistics, and Accounting Clients
Job Title must:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
9. Type at least 25 wpm
10. Some Data Entry Experience
11. Understanding of Social Media and Analytics
12. Some Understanding of QuickBooks but not required, willing to learn
13. Some Understanding of Payroll but not required, willing to learn
