Provide basic office support services within a campus unit to include preparing correspondence and other documents, filing, receiving and referring office visitors/phone calls and performing related activities.Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities• Operate desktop computer, fax and copy documents.• File documents.• Receive and refer phone calls; greet and direct office visitors.• Sort and distribute mail.• Update basic databases.• Perform mail merges.• Schedule routine meetings and appointments.• Obtain supplies for work unit.• Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
High School, GED or Vocational School Diploma
One year of job related experienceKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities This job requires basic skills in general office operations to include working with Microsoft Office Suites, correspondence and other documentation, office reception duties and use of office related computer applications.Contact Information
