This position supports the responsibilities of the Gynecologic Oncology Division in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology which includes work to coordinate the integration with operations and supporting work teams. Required to work closely with the Division Director and Administrative Manager to help achieve enterprise mission and goals. Responsibilities of this position include optimizing physician templates, coordinating complex care with referring services, navigating the electronic health record system and databases, insurance preauthorization information for referrals, appeals, and services. Customer service and patient satisfaction are a focus and priority for this position.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Experienced user of AIM, SCM, APM, RevRunner, and AHIQA.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
