This is a temporary position supporting hiring functions in the STEPS Office. STEPS Temporary Employment is a full-service, internal staffing agency for the University of Kentucky. STEPS is responsible for the recruitment, selection and performance management of temporary employees throughout the University including UK HealthCare. This position has primary responsibility for facilitating the hiring process for selected STEPS hires, including completing new hire paperwork, coordinate on boarding information and ongoing performance management. Will also be responsible for key administrative functions, such as data entry, coordinating correspondence, scheduling interviews, and maintaining responsiveness with department customers and applicants through phone, email and in person communications.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
