Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week).

Job Summary:

This position is the support staff for the office of University Orientation and Outreach. This position will provide day-to-day support of the office by providing excellent customer service, managing phone lines and e-mails associated with the offices and responding to inquiries related to recruitment, orientation details and outreach activities. Importantly, this person will take an active role in the planning and logistics of the University’s orientation events throughout the year – including indirectly managing student Orientation Leaders and coordinating inventory. This person will also assist in the management of outreach activities including managing communication with on- and off-campus partners and coordinating logistics.
