Job Summary:

The Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking a Administrative Associate I to support our growing Research Faculty. This position will provide excellent customer service in the form of Assisting Faculty with basic administrative needs including: Scheduling, Purchasing and Procurement, and Goods Receipts and Billing. Coordination and Tracking of Grant Funding and Expenditures to include verification and reconciliation. Coordinating Travel, events, and meetings (virtually and in person). Other duties as assigned.
