Job Summary

Follows specific instructions and perform clerical work using established routines. Applies limited analysis and problem-solving in performing job duties.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the Off-Campus Housing Residential Life Coordinator as directed
  • Implement apartment agreements and assist in apartment inspections
  • Review student contracts for compliance and accuracy
  • Have strong customer service and personal skills
  • Attends monthly leadership training meetings
  • Be able to reason clearly and quickly during stressful situations
  • Exhibit initiative, be willing to mediate disputes, and conduct meetings and workshops with students
  • Be able to write orders and email correspondence
  • Be responsible and trustworthy
  • Work well with others and be self-motivated
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • Must have experience living in an off-campus unit
  • Maintain addresses of where off-campus students are living
  • Release monthly newsletters
  • Mediate and resolve roommate/landlord conflicts
  • Administer Community Living Workshops
  • Report results to the off-campus housing coordinator weekly and attending weekly meetings with the Housing Residential Team
