The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at Clemson University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position. Position depends on teaching needs, but areas of interest include calculus, business calculus and mathematics education. Experience with calculus instruction is of particular interest, especially experience with large lecture sections and various modes of instruction.

The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences includes the areas of algebra and discrete mathematics, computational mathematics, operations research, applied statistics, probability and mathematical statistics, and pure and applied analysis. The school offers the full range of Baccalaureate, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees. Qualifications:

Applicants are required to have a M.S. degree in a relevant field, but a Ph.D. is preferred. Candidates must also have a documented record of excellence in classroom instruction.
