Salary: $6,267 - $16,800 monthly
The UCLA Capital Programs organization is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of major capital improvement projects in support of UCLA academic and administrative clients. The Design and Construction unit of Capital Programs is responsible for maintenance of campus design standards, design professional selection and supervision, project design, programming, architectural, engineering, project management, construction management and inspection services, project budget and schedule integrity, and regulatory compliance for on- and off-campus construction and alteration projects.
Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor, Design and Construction, the Litigation Specialist is responsible for the coordination of activities related to legal issues, claims, and major capital litigation for projects managed by Capital Programs. In relation to these functions, the position is a confidential service position to Capital Programs, Business & Finance, Risk, Facilities Management, and the Center for Health Sciences, working closely with UC Legal (UCLA Legal Affairs and UC Office of General Counsel).
