Salary: $23.04 - $45.54 hourly

Position Description:
Under the guidance of the Department Managers and Graduate Advisors in the Departments of Social Welfare and Urban Planning, assist with all financial aid and fellowship paperwork and online submissions.

Counsel MSW and MURP students on general and special program degree requirements, track degree progress, manage course enrollment and provide general guidance on Graduate Division and UCLA policies. Serve as a referral resource to students for a variety of services.

Collect and abstract student fellowship applications for committee review. Prepare and submit student funding allocations. Work with department staff to coordinate funding for admissions packages.

Prepare visa paperwork and online forms for Visiting Scholars and Visiting Graduate Researchers. Work collaboratively with faculty and staff in the planning and execution of Welcome Day, Orientation, Open House and all other departmental events.
