Minimum Qualifications:

 

Requires a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree and a minimum of 3 years of related professional work experience.

 

Position Summary:

 

The Career Training and Development Specialist occupies a key position on the MBA/MSBA Career Management Center (CMC) team. S/he reports to the Director of the CMC delivering customized training programs for MBA and MSBA students to increase workplace readiness; teaches BUSN 7990 – the MBA Service-Learning Leadership Course, and co-teaches first and second year MBA career courses. S/he also assists employers in posting positions and recruiting MBA and MSBA students; Performs various system and data management tasks and a variety of project management duties essential to the CMC’s effective operation. This position also produces web content and collaborating on other selected marketing and communications tasks.
