The Department of Psychology at Clark University seeks to fill two full-time, Visiting Assistant Professor positions for the 2021-22 academic year. Candidates must have a PhD in Psychology and have a track record of independent teaching. The teaching load for each of the two positions is six (6) courses per academic year, although one of these courses could be a year-long research lab that enrolls undergraduate students.
For one position, the teaching responsibility would include two semesters of undergraduate statistics, mid-level seminar focused on psychotherapies (fall), capstone seminar focused on children with disorders (fall), and intro-level abnormal psychology or equivalent (spring).
For the other position, the teaching responsibility would include two semesters of a lab in developmental psychology (or equivalent), intro-level adolescent development (fall), intro level cultural psychology (spring), and a capstone seminar in an area of interest (spring).
