Instructor Culinary Medicine Program
This position will manage day to day operations for the Culinary Medicine Program. Will serve as chef instructor for Culinary Medicine Elective and be responsible for delivering quality programming of various culinary or nutrition activities for Division of FoodShare at UofSC School of Medicine. Must demonstrate commitment to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required Education and Experience:

Requires a Master’s degree and 5 years of related program experience. Track record of effectively running a nutrition-related program; ability to point to specific examples of having developed and operationalized a teaching kitchen.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Track record of effectively running a nutrition-related program; ability to point to specific examples of having developed and operationalized a teaching kitchen. Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
