Golf Course Cart Attendant - Ray Richards Golf Course
Duties & Responsibilities
The Ray Richards Golf Course, under the guidance of the University of North Dakota Athletic Department, is looking for qualified candidates to work as Golf Course Cart Attendants. This position will report directly to the General Manager (GM) of the Ray Richards Golf Course. This is a part-time position open to both students and non-students.
- Help maintain cart barn, cart fleet, range and practice areas, and monitor pace of play.General upkeep and cleanliness of the carts.Prepare carts for players in advance in play. Assist with tournament operations, including set up and tear down.Provide excellent and prompt customer service to players and guests.Assist players with golf bags as necessary.Ensure all carts and cart area and free of garbage, clean, maintain proper charge or gas levels, battery connections, tire pressure and related equipment.Assist with assessing the carts for damage.Report any complaints from customers directly to Pro Shop Attendant or GM.Operate cart-cleaning equipment & perform minor maintenance.Other duties as assigned by GM.
- Must be 18 years of age.Ability to interact and communicate with the public, staff, and co-workers.Customer service focused.Excellent verbal skills.Must be able to complete training requirements.Valid Driver’s License.Successful completion of background check.
