PRMO:, established in 2001, Patient Revenue Management Organization (PRMO) is a fully integrated, centralized revenue cycle organization supporting all of Duke Health, including Duke University Hospital, Duke Regional Hospital, Duke Raleigh Hospital, the Private Diagnostic Clinic, and Duke PrimaryCare. The PRMO focuses on streamlining the revenue cycle through enhanced management of scheduling, registration, coding, HIM operations, billing, collections, cash management, and customer service. Pick up X-rays,encounter forms.reports, petty cash a nd collections bag. File history sheets, ancillaryIDX.Prepare encounter forms. Investigate and account formissing encounter forms. Audit encount er forms for completeness andpreparation and referralsforms and obtain s ignature as required by policy and procedure.patient specific chart docu ments and requisition/transmittal documents.Batches encounter forms or c harge posting inreports and all other requiredHIPPA/Medicare documents t otheand written instructions, interact tactfully with customers andaccur acy before batching.Copy, file and distributelabs/procedures as requeste d. Minimum Qualifications


Work requires knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles normally acquired through high school education


Minimum of one year of work experience in directly communicating and activities. providing service to patients or public; preferably in a healthcare related field. Experience in effectively coordinating multiple tasks or
