Essential Job Duties:

Provides general front office support for the Administrative Office at the James B. Hunt Jr. Library. Greets visitors, answers the telephone, responds to basic questions about the library, directs calls to other library departments, Associate Directors, and designated persons. Assists Libraries administrative support staff and staff in other library departments with a variety of projects and tasks, including preparation of routine correspondence and documents, proofreading of written documents, creation of temporary signage, routine data entry, and other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
