Position Description:
Under the direction of the Faculty Principal Investigators, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting outreach to increase the use of the COVID-19 Multilingual Resource Hub, in particular to immigrant communities and the most vulnerable communities impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The coordinator will primarily work with faculty, staff, local health departments, community-based and campus organizations to disseminate information and promote the hub to their networks. Responsibilities include identifying and strengthening partnerships with CBOs that reach immigrant communities to promote resources; developing outreach materials; crafting and implementing strategic communications plans; assisting with social media engagement to increase visibility of the hub; identifying earned media opportunities; and tracking data to measure campaign effectiveness.
