Position Description:
Under the direction of the Food Services Director and Principal Cook, the Cook is responsible for assisting in the direction, production, support, and service of multiple food products for approximately 30,000 guests during the conference season and 4,000 guests during our BRUIN WOODS season. Prepare menu items and recipes according to production and quality standards. Assign and monitor food production needs to team members and ensure production needs are met. Adheres to all food handling and sanitation guidelines. Follows established timelines for food production as required by guest flow. Interacts with team members and guests in a high-volume environment.
