Position Description:
As part of Alumni Affairs, the Alumni Career Engagement (ACE) team provides resources, opportunities and events for UCLA alumni and students at all stages of their careers. In partnership with faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and the community, ACE provides opportunities for alumni and students to grow their professional skill-sets and deepen their UCLA network. Under the direction of the Director for ACE, the Program Coordinator, ACE, will provide administrative, fiscal, marketing, event logistics, social media and data analytics support.

The Program Coordinator, ACE will manage all program expenses, team-wide administrative processes, social media promotion and event logistics for programs and initiatives. This position will design and lead the implementation of campus-wide marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to further the reach and impact of ACE and the UCLA Alumni Association. The Program Coordinator will also be responsible for providing timely and excellent customer service to internal and external audiences, including UCLA alumni and staff, current and prospective students, donors, employers, parents and friends, which is vital to the success of this position. Ultimately, this individual will be instrumental in creating and sustaining relationships with both alumni and students. The ACE Program Coordinator will also assist with the implementation and execution of Alumni Affairs signature programs.
