Physical Requirements:

This position requires sitting and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Employee must be able to navigate to work from parking areas.


Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm with some flexibility.

Job Summary:

The Staff Support Associate at the Early Childhood Laboratory is responsible for providing administrative support to the director and teachers. The Staff Support is responsible for processing payments from parents, writing receipts for all payments and monitoring pro-card edits and use. This person will also greet enrolled children each morning upon their arrival. The Staff Associate also shares information about the ECL with prospective parents.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Must possess exceptional communication skills; demonstrated exceptional customer service; knowledge of accounting, purchasing and document retention practices. Must have the ability to multi-task; solid time management, critical thinking and follow through; maintain confidentiality; display honesty, integrity, a commitment to diversity; and enjoy working independently as well as in a group.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Associates degree, plus 6 years experience.
