Must be enrolled in classes at the University of Kentucky

Customer Service Experience; Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

Lifting 15-20 pounds. Shelving and shifting books. Ability to use items in a makerspace setting.

Shift:

Summer and Fall 2021

Summer Hours are M-F 9 am – 4:30 pm

Our Regular Hours are M-Th 9 am – 7 pm and Friday 9 am – 4:30 pm

Needed Shift Availability:
All shifts available

*Please note that the Education Library is not open on the weekends.

Job Summary:

Answer patron questions, be attentive and friendly to incoming patrons, finding library items for ILL and Book Express, shelving books, checking items in and out, assisting in small library projects, assisting patrons in using items in the makerspace area.
