This position will be required to communicate with visitors and instructors in the Simulation Center, remain in a sedentary position for large portions of the day, and operate at a computer workstation.Shift:
8am-5pm. There may be occasional work requirements outside business hours or weekends for eventsJob Summary:
The UKHC Simulation Center is seeking to fill an Administrative Staff Support position for their front desk. This position will be expected to respond to inquiries both in person and via phone from guests and users of the Center; maintain simulator equipment maintenance contracts including renewal information and repair services; process simulation event inquiries; manage simulation events calendar; maintain electronic and paper filing system for events, equipment, supplies, vendors, etc; reconcile ProCard monthly expenses and assist in budget preparation/reconciliation; and manage recordkeeping of accounts for vendors and materials used in the Center.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Cordial, outgoing, articulate, strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, detail orientation, ability to navigate computer and internet programs.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
